Active Therapy

Active Therapies at Ribley Family Chiropractic were designed with you in mind.

What is Active Therapy?

Active therapies are guided,  targeted exercises to improve posture, flexibility, range of motion,  and strength. Whether through soft tissue manipulation, trigger point release, or stretching, we work to get you back to feeling your best in less time, and money, than traditional massage therapy.

When these therapies are used in conjunction with chiropractic adjustments, they provide a comprehensive approach to pain relief and wellness.

Christian

Christian graduated from The Cleveland Massage Institute and is currently pursuing a master’s degree at Lee University. With a background in sports and personal training, he is a firm believer in the powerful benefits of massage therapy.

Previously, Christian served as a youth pastor in Charleston, South Carolina. He emphasizes the importance of maintaining a balance between physical, mental, and spiritual health, all of which he believes massage therapy can significantly support.

Christian’s approach to massage combines soothing Swedish techniques with deep tissue movements, helping his patients stay active and continue doing what they love. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and running.
