As her length of time on Adderall increased she began to have trouble sleeping, decreased appetite, frequent headaches, leg aches and was not growing. After 3 years her dosage was the equivalent of that which would be prescribed to an adult man. She began losing weight and was only sleeping a few hours each night. The pediatrician recommended..."

  • An Apple a Day . . .

What is so good about an apple? Is it the color, ranging from ruby red to pale pink? Is it the crunch? The sweetness?
