Chris Bedell

Massage Coordinator

Chris became a licensed massage therapist since 2007 and has been practicing ever since.

After 10 years as a therapist with RFC, she took on an administrative role as Senior Massage Coordinator to help oversee the massage side of operations. Chris is the person to see if you have questions or concerns about a therapist or scheduling.


Tinamarie Aanensen

Tinamarie has practiced massage therapy since 2008 and specializes in pain management, injury rehabilitation, stress management, and relaxation.
She provides deep tissue massage, trigger point massage, neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, Swedish massage, chair massage, migraine relief, isolated stretching, and prenatal massage.

Alex Adamcyk

Alex graduated from Georgia Massage School in April 2020 after receiving a Chemistry & Hospitality degree at KSU. Alex practices several massage modalities to customize each session to the particular needs of his clients.

His focus is stretch massage, which relieves pain, reduces stress, increases circulation, and improves relaxation. Alex also incorporates Swedish massage, myofascial release and trigger point therapy into his sessions. He revels in the intuitive problem-solving of bodily pain and dysfunction through massage therapy treatment.


Lisa Aspy

Lisa blends a variety of techniques to customize her massage for each client. Techniques include deep tissue, neuromuscular, myofascial release, TMJ, light touch, cranial sacral, pregnancy massage, and stretching.

In her 34 years as massage therapist, Lisa has learned to listen to clients and empower them with knowledge. Educating and involving clients with their care can encourage their success. Homework may consist of stretches, postural awareness, an evaluation of their computer ergonomics, learning when to use heat vs cold, and how to enjoy an epson salt soak.

Lisa and her husband keep busy training their rescued dogs. She enjoys traveling, adventure, sailing, skiing, and kayaking.


Brittney Bartone

Britney graduated from Gwinnett College and has practiced massage since 2015. She is certified in neuromuscular therapy, trigger point release, Swedish, deep tissue, chair massage, and stretching and therapeutic massage. Britney specializes in therapeutic massage to release the neck and shoulders and to provide migraine relief.


Lavette Christian

A 2007 graduate of Georgia Medical Institute, Lavette specializes in Swedish massage, firm massage, and neuromuscular therapy.


Rubecca Eglton

Rubecca graduated from The Core Institute School of Somatic therapy in 2011. As a licensed massage therapist, she specializes in CORE Myofascial Therapy, CORE sports & performance bodywork, CORE structural integration, sports massage, neuromuscular therapy (NMT), deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, cupping, and MET.

Rubecca has taken specific courses in medical massage and studied myokinesthetics with Dr. Michael Uriarte. She has also studied pre and post-natal massage, post-surgical massage, frozen shoulder, and sports-related injuries


Chad Gates

Chad is an experienced Professional Licensed Massage Therapist in the States of Missouri and Georgia.

Nationally certified and a member of the ABMP Massage Association, Chad started Massage School in 2006 at Missouri College. His fourteen years of experience has provided valuable knowledge in the areas of trigger point work, hot stones, deep tissues, Swedish massage, prenatal massage, sports massage, medical therapeutic massage (including lymph drainage), myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and reflexology. 

Chad also possesses excellent communications skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels. Familiar with the importance of responding to clients’ needs, Chad helps people to relax and enjoy respite from everyday stress.

Chad believes massage is one of the best forms of wellness care for improving physical and mental health. He has always been a hard worker with a great imagination and a sense of humor. To Chad, communication is one of the most important tools when providing massage because it gives you the ability to care and listen to the needs of others.

He also believes continuing education helps massage therapists treat their clients and expand their skills.


Carolyn Lockhart

Carolyn Lockhart, is a 1991 graduate of Atlanta School of Massage. She is trained in variety of techniques; Swedish, Reflexology, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy,

Sports Therapy, Prenatal, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Trigger Point, Geriatric, Neuromuscular, TMJ Dysfunction, and Myofascial release. 

She specializes in Neuromuscular Therapy, TMJ Dysfunction, and Trigger Point. Carolyn experienced in working with clients/patients suffering from acute pain and discomfort in the body, she is able to customize their therapy to help achieve optimum results.


Colleen Gomez

Colleen has practiced massage therapy since 2015. She specializes in prenatal massage and foot reflexology. Colleen holds certifications in prenatal and infant massage, sports massage, reflexology, myofacial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, and chair massage.

Jennifer King-Rock

Jennifer has practiced therapeutic massage therapy actively for the last 5 years. She understands that every person has unique challenges and preferences and takes pride in providing relief to each individual.

During her time practicing therapeutic massage therapy, Jennifer has helped many people find relief using a variety of massage modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue and neuromuscular therapy. Regardless of a client’s needs, Jennifer enjoys creating an environment where it’s easy to wind down into relaxation mode.


Tama Romero

I’m passionate about helping my clients to feel better by restoring ROM or just helping them destress with a relaxing massage.

I perform Swedish, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, lymphatic massage, sports massage, and neuromuscular. I have studied myofascial release with John Barnes. Having worked in both spas and in chiropractic offices, the latter is my favorite. Being able to see my clients walk out better than when they came in (most of them pain-free!) is the reason I do this.


Lauren Saulino

A self-proclaimed intuitive bodyworker, Lauren is a licensed massage therapist and Reiki master who finds great joy in watching clients’ conditions improve. Her massage style incorporates her massage training, energy healing, and intuition to allow clients to release their trauma and stress. These techniques facilitate healing of the body, mind, and spirit.

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys being in nature, exploring mindfulness techniques, and spending time with her animal companions.


Charlene Tolentino

Charlene has practiced as a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Georgia since 2012. She enjoys helping all her clients by applying an array of different techniques. 

She aims to customize every massage session based on the concerns and issues of her clients. Using her knowledge in multiple massage modalities, including deep tissue and Swedish, Charlene applies a combination that provides the best result for each client. Helping people has always been a passion of hers, and massage therapy has been the perfect fit.
