Melissa Amedee

My name is Melissa Amedee. I have been an LMT and  LPTA for over 20 years.
I use a variety of techniques I have learned and modified over the years, and my treatment approach is specific to each person. I don’t believe massage has to be no pain, no gain in most situations. My theory is when relaxed our bodies let go for the work and the healing to take place. I am a firm believer in exercise as a part of wellness and the healing process also. My education and experience in Physical Therapy has shown me that often pain and injury can be prevented and healed with proper exercise. I often offer home exercises and posture correction education to help with the healing process and prevent future injury.

Communicate your goals for your session and he will do his best to help get you there.

While in massage school, she had incredible mentors that shared wisdom based on their years of experience and research.
